Janata Curfew , first of its kind in world history

Ongoing Janata Curfew , probably the first of its kind in the history, is the well thought effort called by our honourable Prime Minister to break the chain of Corona Virus .This kind of approach is being appreciated all through the world . Having surfed the internet for 3 hours on the history of  curfew, the only result I got is mentioned underneath and hope shall prove to be a historical approach  Many countries shall start approaching this sort of  technique in the days to come . Janata curfew (transl. People's curfew) is an effort to combat coronavirus spread, introduced by the Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi, in the wake of the 2020 coronavirus pandemic in India.^[1] The Prime Minister implored all citizens of India to observe a self-imposed 'curfew' from 7 am to 9 pm IST on Sunday, 22 March 2020 to help reduce community spreading of coronavirus disease in India.^[2]
